Shoreditch warehouse conversion

Bespoke kitchen with concrete worktop and bespoke joinery.
£100,000
A design‑conscious couple had bought a warehouse in Shoreditch with a plan to turn it into a unique, modern apartment with a strong architectural identity. Their first builder couldn’t deliver the level of craftsmanship required, so they came to us looking for skill, clarity, and confidence. By working together we developed the detailed construction design, brought in highly skilled trades, and created bespoke elements including a kitchen inspired by Le Corbusier’s Modulor and an in‑situ cast concrete worktop. The finished home is unique, beautifully crafted, and gave our clients the modern living space they had hoped for.
