Our client had spent years planning a deep retrofit and needed a builder capable of delivering a highly detailed, sustainability‑led design. Working to Prewett Bizley Architects’ specification, we installed triple glazing, high‑performance insulation, airtightness measures, MVHR, and an air‑source heat pump. We coordinated closely with the renewable energy team and built to exacting standards that impressed even the architects. The home is now gas‑free, exceptionally efficient, and incredibly comfortable — a true eco house by retrofit that delighted our client and truly met the brief.
