Our clients had the idea to remake a neglected Victorian shell into the dream starter for them and their growing family. The wish-list was ambitious and amounted a full refurbishment including side and rear extensions and a loft conversion, requiring bespoke structural solutions to discreetly support the entire rear of the building. After securing planning permission our build gave our clients a bright, flexible family home, with a split-level open -plan ground floor and large, welcoming kitchen at its heart.
